Indy, he was my pride, my fun, my joy
My drive, my sun, my soul
My mate! 
You name it, you name it all!

I didn’t want him to go away!
I long for him to be with us, please stay!
I’d sell my soul to have him back!
Cause he’d help me anyway, to get back on track.
Always and always it was a pleasure to spend time together.
Angry with him, I could never be, never and never.
Nobody could and I couldn’t be.
Indy was just such a big part of me.

He never went nervous, never cried in pain,
Always stayed calm and he was never vain.
Though he was the most handsome I’d ever seen.
There were no places I went to, he hadn’t been.
Walking with him I felt honoured, a goddess.
Indy, king of kings, couldn’t think of him any less.

He was my joy, my precious, my life, my gem. 
Never moaned, always content.
Just like us, happy together for the time we’d spend?
And all of us, Indy too, wishing this would never end.

He died happy –some will say- chasing rabbits on a walkabout with his pack.
We know … but that doesn’t kill the pain. We just want him back!
Some folks will think or say: “Told you so! You see!”.
And you know what?
We’d do the same. He made Ian and he fixed me.

He was the hero of the public, had thousands of photos taken of him.
He’s now in their albums or on their wall.
Because Indy, you had it all!



Kato misses you, she feels so sad. So do we!
An unbearable pain. 
Wish I could cuddle you, just you & me.

My sweet Indy!
Not human, surely not ‘just’ a dog, unique.
So special, huge and beautifull.
And you were mine, ours and not a freak.

Together we travelled, walked, slept, rested and enjoyed.
Now departed, we feel so lost!
If we could only do magic, have you back; we’d pay, no matter the cost.
But yet another day has past and we have to accept.
You’ll never be back to get us ot of this dept.

You died in my arms. I’ll never forget your last look!
My Indy, our Indy, our pride, our beauty, our heartbeat … gone.
Indy!
You will be part of our hearts and in it forever!
We’ll never forget you!
We couldn’t, don’t want to … NEVER!
